Remedies For Stomach Problem


Stomach pain is a very common problem around the world, although visiting a doctor for consultation is recommended but there are some natural remedies as well that can help to tackle the problem. Therefore let us have a look at some of the natural remedies for the treatment of stomach pain.
  1. You are advised to put water in a bowl and boil it until it gets steamy. Now put two tablespoons of honey and minute quantity of lemon juice in a cup and pour the boiled water into it and the remedy is ready to be drunk for stomach pain. If you are taste conscious then why don’t add mint in it to get a good flavor.
  2.  Take a sock and put rice in it and tie a knot. Now put it in oven for at least 30 seconds. Now place this sock at your stomach where you are feeling the pain. Besides it you also need to drink water at regular intervals and take proper sleep to relief from the pain.
  3. Ginger can also be used as a natural remedy against stomachache. You should chew ginger root to get relieve from the pain but if it does not taste good than you can also try out ginger tea.
  4. The mixture of lemonade and sprite also makes a very useful natural remedy against the stomach pain so if you are suffering from stomachache then try this remedy.
  5. You should take tea with squeezed lemon or honey on regular basis, as it can also prove effective to tackle the stomachache. But you need to make sugar free tea otherwise the tea would have no effect on the pain.
  6. Activated Charcoal is known as a very useful natural remedy against stomachache. If charcoal is not available to you then don’t worry because you can easily make it by burning a few toasts. This remedy might also prove quite effective.
  7. Take a mug of lukewarm water and add one tsp of salt in it and drink it to get relief from stomach pain. It can work for people of all ages.
